Semra Mooney BioSemra is a Senior Human Resources Consultant with over 20 years of experience providing human resources guidance and leadership in startup, growth and established organizations. Her passion is providing streamlined HR solutions for her clients. Semra's extensive experience includes HR systems implementation, benefits selection and administration, performance management, policy and procedure development, recruitment and selection, compliance and best practices, and strategic planning. Semra holds a Master of Science from the University of Rochester. She utilizes her education and past experience to partner with leadership teams, managers, and employees to foster communication, create a culture of community and build relationships to improve employee engagement and productivity.
Semra enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and traveling. Much of her free time is spent traveling with her husband Ted for their children’s soccer games, and she is a frequent volunteer at her children's school. |
